5 organizations including Astar and Azuki donate 20 million yen: Noto Peninsula Earthquake | CoinDesk JAPAN

On February 26th, Gracone, which operates the crypto asset donation platform “KIZUNA HUB,” announced that the total amount of crypto asset donations raised for the 2020 Noto Peninsula Earthquake in cooperation with five blockchain project organizations based in Japan was announced on February 26th. It was announced that the amount was approximately 20 million yen.

・Fracton Ventures
・Oasys

According to the release, by accepting donations in the form of crypto assets and tokens, they succeeded in collecting many of the donations from overseas. In particular, the AzukiJapan community held a charity sale of NFT art to support disaster-stricken areas, and almost all of the buyers were overseas users. AzukiCommunity representative Yuka Kamogawa said, “I realized that NFTs have the power to connect the world.''

Donations are being donated to charities and other organizations through coordination by KIZUNA HUB.
