LOS ANGELES, CA – On March 29th ArtMeta.io and Night Gallery LA will be co-hosting an exclusive, RSVP only event at Night Gallery North, located at 2050 Imperial Street, Los Angeles, CA.
The event runs from 6 PM – 8 PM, and will feature a performance by the artist Daniel T. Gaitor Lomack starting at 6:30 PM, along with an exclusive NFT drop and a special NFT giveaway for the event attendees.
Anchoring the event will be the release of a series of limited NFTs converted from three of Gaitor-Lomack’s sculptures currently on view in his solo exhibition at Night Gallery, The Many Spirit Don; Opera di Dio.
The artist’s practice frequently explores the idea of reincarnation, reinvigorating the legacies of the readymade and assemblage.
Here, his sculptures will be digitized into three exclusive mini NFT series, going live the night before the event to $MART token holders, then become available to the public at the event on March 29th.
The three works in the exhibition will subsequently be donated to publicly accessible art institutions and collections, made possible by the buyers of the NFT versions of these works.
Buyers of these NFT series will also become part of a small community to be invited to exclusive ArtMeta hosted AMAs with the artist himself.
Additionally, the event features a performance by Gaitor-Lomack, which will unfold in three acts and engage the works in his exhibition.
This is an invite-only event. Invite and RSVP link below. Media access will be announced later this month. Photography and videography are permitted during the event and the live performance. Proof of Covid 19 vaccinations is required at the door.
