On March 30, 2022, Shiba Inu made an official Twitter announcement where they introduced SHIB: The Metaverse.
This was huge news for the overall ecosystem, as it would lead to a heightened level of utility for ShibaSwap, alongside the LEASH and BONE tokens, all of which would play a major role in the metaverse that’s being developed.
However, on April 4, 2022, Bitcoin of America announced that Shiba Inu (SHIB) became available across all of Bitcoin of America BTMS.

Prior to the official announcement, the company tweeted a countdown to serve the role of a teaser for their followers, but when the announcement was eventually made, the official Shiba Inu Twitter page shared it.
