Cryptocurrency exchange Bybit has integrated a ChatGPT-based artificial intelligence (AI) tool into its trading platform to automate market data analysis.

Called ToolsGPT, the new feature is an AI chatbot that allows users to query “technical analysis, backtested price data and other essential indicators,” the company said in a June 15 press release. Bybit traders will be able to use the tool to analyze future price movements based on historical data and technical indicators.

ChatGPT is a chatbot using natural language processing developed by OpenAI and released in November 2022. The chatbot generated tremendous user interest upon its release, sparking what has been dubbed the “AI arms race.”

Crypto companies, like other tech companies, are trying to keep up with the AI ​​trend by looking for ways to implement artificial intelligence into their workflows.

“By integrating ChatGPT into Bybit Tools, we are able to provide users with more comprehensive information when making decisions,” Bybit CEO Ben Zhou said in a statement. .
