The crypto market experienced a boost due to the filing of an XRP spot EFT from BlackRock, which turned out to be fake. This has caused other cryptos including Chainlink to drop slightly, but the overall view for LINK is bullish, due to its ability to connect various blockchains and banking systems.

Connection and interoperability are highly prized, due to the ever-growing list of blockchains and coins. Here we will explore two other altcoins that connect sectors of the crypto industry with the real world – Quant and Meme Moguls.

Chainlink is more than just the Oracle of Oracles

Oracles ensure that prices in dApps stay accurate, and Chainlink’s first MO was to connect oracles to avoid rogue oracles tricking dApps. But since the launch of Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), Chainlink can now connect various blockchains, services, and importantly, banks, to the blockchain. This will allow easy trading of real-world assets (RWA), something which, according to SWIFT, is seen as bullish by 97% of the asset management industry.

Given XRP’s connection with blockchain and banking and the recent fakeout news, it’s no wonder that Chainlink is down by 6.5% today. But fundamentally nothing has changed. LINK is up by over 120% since the start of the year, following a very similar trajectory to Bitcoin, and analysts see this trend continuing into the longer term.

Furthermore, the Greyscale Chainlink Trust was trading at $50 per share on the 11th – a 69% premium, indicating institutional bullishness.

Will Quant follow in Chainlink’s footsteps?

Quant (QNT) is also focusing on an institutional level playing field, aiming to achieve interoperability across Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple ledgers and the traditional finance sectors.

But there’s more. Quant, like Chainlink, allows for various systems to connect to the blockchain, including legacy finance products, and future products. This is because, as the founders realized when working with the UK and Australian governments, technical differences between platforms frequently pose difficulties in connecting these systems and other blockchains.

Quant seeks to overcome this challenge with its blockchain gateway, Overledger. This can be thought of as the OS (Operating System) of the blockchain.

Quant is currently working with the Bank of England to make the digital pound a reality. With the rise of CBDCs, the likelihood is that the demand for Quant is likely to continue over time.

Meme Moguls will connect the memecoins of Crypto

Unlike traditional finance, crypto has a whimsical side. And that’s memecoins like Shiba Inu or Dogecoin. Sounds trivial after such technical projects, right?

But according to Statista, the global meme industry is expected to be worth $6.1 billion by 2025. So what if there were a way to connect the memecoins, just as Chainlink and Quant are connecting blockchains with traditional finance, RWA and large-scale institutions?

That’s where a new project called Meme Moguls comes in. At first glance, Meme Moguls seems like just another play-to-earn game – albeit a fun one. People can create avatars using their love and knowledge of the meme world, trade and sell these memes on Opensea, and can also trade mined materials that will represent RWA.

But Meme Moguls is even more than that as it will serve as a DEX for meme trading and a community hub. This means it is connecting the meme community and economy. $MGLS is the token that is behind the ecosystem, and it can be won and earned through various methods of participation.

Here’s the best bit – $MGLS is currently in the first stage of presale at $0.0019, meaning that there is room for a huge amount of growth. The team have hinted that the token will soar by 1,000% by the end of the presale, and from there, the growth could be huge.

Conclusion

Chainlink, Quant, and Meme Moguls are very different projects with a similar aim – to connect a fragmented market in new and innovative ways. All three tokens have a lot of upside potential. Chainlink and Quant are more established and have already seen gains of 9,595% and 46,709% respectively, since their inception. Meme Moguls is brand new and is therefore positioned to potentially see similar drastic increases as the project matures.
