Crypto.com, a global cryptocurrency exchange that’s currently among the fastest growing in the market, has announced a “phased” rollout of its platform to US customers.
An announcement the exchange published on Tuesday stated that the platform was already accessible to waitlisted users. The launch in the US market will then take on a progressive rollout reaching more users expected to continue over the next few months.
Crypto.com also invited US institutional investors looking to use the exchange to register for the waitlist.
Initial launch phase for institutional investors
The company’s CEO Kris Marszalek expressed excitement at the rollout, especially the added advantage of being able to reach professional traders. Noting that launching services to US customers is part of the exchange’s expansion, Marszalek said:
“Crypto.com Exchange will support U.S. institutional investors through this initial launch phase. We are looking forward to rolling it out to everyone as soon as possible.”
VIP customers are set to access several key features, including exclusive events and rewards.
Apart from these, users will have access to exclusive forums featuring global thought leaders. Here, customers can benefit from the latest insights and market trends.
The US expansion comes a day after Crypto.com announced the hiring of six senior officials for its London offices. The appointments are part of the firm’s plans towards establishing a crypto hub in the UK.
This year, Cryoto.com was among the major cryptocurrency businesses and companies to feature at the Super Bowl. It has also engaged in extensive marketing, with sports sponsorships among its biggest ad tools.
