The issue stems from the use of a 32-bit seed, which is not strong enough against modern crackers such as GPUs. Although the vulnerability does not impact the seed phase generation of Trust wallets and Binance wallets, it serves as a reminder of the importance of security in the cryptocurrency industry. Binance CEO CZ has advised customers to update their wallet applications and create new wallet seeds to ensure their assets are fully protected.
