MetaMask, a leading EVM wallet for the crypto asset (virtual currency) Ethereum (ETH), has introduced a security alert feature for users in its mobile app and extension. This was made possible in partnership with Blockaid.
Privacy-focused MetaMask Security Alerts from @blockaid_initially added in October, are now default for all Extension users and coming to Mobile under “Experimental”. Be sure to opt-in on Mobile!

This feature is compatible with Ethereum, Linea, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Avalanche, and detects and notifies users before they make potentially malicious transactions.
