Justin Sun Tron founder has been accused of privately purchasing quantities of stablecoin True (TUSD) in a lawsuit filed by the founder of Archblock. Both Sun and TrueUSD denied the allegations, but the lawsuit argues that he received TUSD through clandestine methods, using a range of entities and individuals to conduct the acquisition while hiding his role. TUSD is currently the least valuable of the Big Five stablecoins by market capitalization. In March, the Securities and Exchange Commission charged Sun and three of his companies with illegally offering and selling crypto asset securities, including Tronix (TRX) and BitTorrent (BTT), among other allegations.
