Google Cloud is expanding its early-stage support program to better help Web3 developers.

“Google for Startups Cloud Program” is an initiative to support startups and emerging projects. This time, the contents were strengthened for Web3 development companies. From pre-seed to series A, eligible startups and projects can receive up to $200,000 in Google Cloud service usage discounts, technical training, and more over two years.

“Google Cloud has been working closely with the Web3 companies for several years,” James Tromans, Google Cloud’s head of Web3 engineering, told CoinDesk in an email.

“We are committed to helping the Web3 ecosystem grow. The expansion of the Google for Startups Cloud Program to the Web3 community continues our goal of giving blockchain developers the tools they need to succeed. It reinforces,” said Romance.

In addition, the program will include up to $3 million in investment from the Polygon Ventures Ecosystem Fund, as well as Google Cloud investments from Aptos, Celo, Flow, HBAR Foundation, Near, Solana, and more. will be able to receive subsidies from other partners.
