Grayscale Launches OTC Trading of Solana Mutual Fund

Grayscale announced on the 17th that the Solana (SOL) mutual fund has been listed on the OTC Markets. As a result, SOL investment trust stocks can now be traded on a secondary basis.

Solana Investment Trust (Grayscale® Solana Trust) will begin a private placement in November 2021, expanding to 304,427 shares. The asset size is equivalent to 380 million yen.

Grayscale mutual funds that can be traded on OTC Markets, the main OTC market in the United States, include Bitcoin Mutual Funds and Ethereum Mutual Funds.

Grayscale is currently filing a lawsuit against the SEC over the conversion of the bitcoin investment trust “GBTC” to an ETF.
