It issues gamers a unique online ID, similar to an Apple ID, and then allows them to sign in to each game using just their email and password. It also provides a self-custody wallet where users manage their own virtual currency private keys.

Immutable said Immutable Passport has already been implemented in five Web3 games and marketplaces, including Gods Unchained, and is ready to offer onboarding solutions to a user base of over 500,000 people. .

Gods Unchained is one of the most popular tactical trading card games on the blockchain, with over 450,000 players trading cards worth approximately 7.4 billion yen ($52 million) to date.

To celebrate the release of the Immutable Passport, Gods Unchained players who use the Passport will receive free in-game NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) until December 31st.

“Gods Unchained” and more return to Epic Games Store

Epic Games Store, a major PC game distribution platform, announced on the 20th that blockchain games such as “Gods Unchained” and “Striker Manager 3” are once again available on the store.

Epic Games’ platform prohibits games that are classified as “adults only” by the Entertainment Software Review Board (ESRB), especially those that contain excessive nudity, violence, or gambling.
