N.Avenue, which operates CoinDesk JAPAN, will co-host the main conference “JBW Summit” of Japan Blockchain Week 2024, which will be held in July.
Japan Blockchain Week has been held twice in the past, with the NFT conference “Non Fungible Tokyo” held since 2018 and “IVS / IVS Crypto” attended by Internet company managers, executives, and investors. Aiming for the popularization and healthy development of Web3, more than 120 events were held during the period last year, with approximately 30,000 participants from Japan and overseas.
Japan Blockchain Week 2024, which will be held for the third time this year, will start on July 4th. Over the course of approximately one month, we aim to create one of the largest venues in Asia where industry professionals can gather together in conjunction with multiple events that will attract key people from Japan and overseas.
Non Fungible Tokyo has been renamed “JBW Summit”
Furthermore, from 2024, Non Fungible Tokyo will be renamed the main conference of Japan Blockchain Week 2024, “Japan Blockchain Week Summit (JBW Summit),” and will be co-hosted by N.Avenue.
The 2024 “JBW Summit” will be held for two days during “IVS Crypto” to be held in Kyoto from July 4th (Thursday) to July 6th (Saturday). We are planning an after party in Tokyo at the end of July.
Additionally, in conjunction with the above, N.Avenue President and Representative Director Yuki Kamimoto has been appointed as an advisor to Japan Blockchain Week, a general incorporated association. From now on, CoinDesk JAPAN, as a core media partner of Japan Blockchain Week, will strive to spread the word about the Week.
