As per the crypto attorneys, the judges in the Coinbase & Binance lawsuits are expected to closely monitor the outcome format of the SEC Vs. Ripple Case.
Coinbase faces a legal lawsuit from the SEC for allegedly providing unlisted securities, as per the lawsuit filed on June 6. On June 9, lawyer James Murphy or “MetaLawMan” posted a series of tweets saying that if Ripple won its lawsuit against Binance then it could weaken SEC’s case against Coinbase & Binance.
