According to a recent tweet from Wu Blockchain, a Chinese crypto online news provider, CoinGecko’s status stats reveal that tokens designated by the SEC as securities experienced a significant drop in price within an hour. SAND decreased by 19%, Matic by 19%, SOL by 17%, ADA by 16%, and FIL by 22%. Some unlisted tokens like OP, SUI, BSV, and EOS also saw a decline in value. However, the drop in BTC/ETH was relatively minimal. The total liquidation amount reached $200 million within an hour.
