SharpLink has struck a $400 million registered direct offering deal with five global institutional investors. Combined with its unused $200 million at-the-market (ATM) facility, the funds will bolster the company’s already substantial crypto reserves. SharpLink currently holds about 598,800 ETH, and with this fresh capital, its Ethereum treasury is projected to top $3 billion. The move reflects the company’s strong commitment to Ethereum as a core asset and its strategy to maintain one of the largest ETH treasuries globally.
