Following the listing news, PYTH soared 20% at one point.

Binance began offering perpetual futures trading when PYTH launched last November, but there was no spot trading until yesterday.

PYTH Staking

PYTH token is the governance token of the Pyth Network, a decentralized oracle that operates on the Solana blockchain, and was released in the form of an airdrop in November last year.

Pyth Network launched the PYTH staking governance mechanism in January. Due to PYTH staking, there is a growing expectation that projects that use Pyth oracles will also airdrop to PYTH stakers in the future.

In fact, a DeFi protocol on zkSync called ZeroLend announced that it will also grant the token “ZERO” to PYTH stakers.

Excited to announce the first project to be listed on Zero Gravity is @PythNetwork 🙌🏻
