The price is about $1,000 (130,000 yen), and new orders are scheduled to ship from May 8, 2023. You can pre-order on the official website with a $100 deposit.

The smartphone has been certified for sale in 33 countries and will be rolled out to other countries in the future. In an interview with TechCrunch, Steven Laver, engineering lead for Solana Mobile, a subsidiary of Solana Labs, revealed that pre-orders are in the “thousands in the high single digits.”

Saga is designed with a focus on UX (user experience) for Web3 apps. Supports Web3 apps built using the Solana Mobile Stack (SMS) SDK, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), DeFi (decentralized finance) use cases, mint notifications and camera for immersive gaming experiences and sensors are optimized for the Web3 experience.

The private key of the cryptocurrency wallet is managed by a protocol (SMS Seed Vault) for safe storage of private keys on Android devices. It also improves the user experience for dApps built on SMS, including fingerprinting of transactions.
