Solana smartphone “Chapter 2” to receive Soulbound tokens

You can also earn special tokens from the lead board.

Solana Mobile, a smartphone subsidiary under Solana Lab, has announced that it will grant Soulbound tokens in a pre-sale campaign for its second generation smartphone, Chapter 2.

Soulbound Token (SBT) is a “non-transferable NFT” that is linked to an address. This will be an NFT proof of participation in the Chapter 2 pre-sale.

First, we plan to give a soulbound token called “Preorder Token” to everyone who participates in the pre-sale (Preorder).

Additionally, users within the top 1500 on the sales referral leaderboard will also be given a special Soulbound token called “Elements NFT.” Elements NFTs entitle you to rewards from leaderboard sponsors BackPack Wallet, Tensor NFT Marketplace, MagicEden, Jupiter, and more.

Additionally, Elements NFTs are granted through periodic snapshots (vesting).

At every snapshot, the Top 1500 people on the Leaderboard can claim a unique soulbound, non-transferrable Element NFT.

Solana Mobile explains Soulbound Tokens as “Elements NFTs and Chapter 2 Preorder Tokens can be used by linking them to reward programs.” This means that future campaigns such as airdrops will be based on these Soulbound Tokens.

Solana “Chapter 2” is the second generation smartphone following the first generation Saga, and Solana Mobile has started pre-selling it from January 17th. Two weeks after pre-sales began, the number of orders exceeded 40,000 units, more than double the total sales of Saga.
