Sui to host developer and entrepreneur event in Japan

Sui, whose development is led by Misten Lab, which was launched by former executives of the blockchain research and development organization of Meta (formerly Facebook), will hold an event for developers and entrepreneurs in Japan.

Sui supports the programming language “MOVE” newly created by Facebook for the development of the Libra Blockchain (later renamed to Diem, terminated in 2022). It is a project that is attracting attention from around the world as it is building a blockchain that is expected to be used by 1 billion users.

Builder house Hackathon

Sui will hold multiple events from the end of June, mainly at Sui builder house Kyoto.

“Builder house Kyoto” will be held at Kyoto Ace Hotel from Friday, June 29, 2023 to Saturday, June 30, 2023, in time with IVS.

The builder house will feature special guest keynotes and panels, as well as workshops to learn how to build products on Sui. With special guests Joichi Ito, Hashed co-founder Alex Shin, representatives from Alibaba Cloud and GSR, we plan to provide content that builders of all levels can learn and enjoy.
