Blockchain Association, the crypto advocacy and lobbying group, based out of Washington D.C. filed an amicus brief in the ongoing SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit. The group has alleged that the SEC's interpretation of the Howey test is broad and poses a threat to the future of the crypto industry.
