Vision Jack scrambled intersection to hold ART×Tech event “DIG SHIBUYA” | CoinDesk JAPAN

DIG SHIBUYA, an event where you can experience the latest culture that combines technology and art, will be held for the first time in Shibuya Ward from January 12th to 14th, 2024. The organizer, SHIBUYA CREATIVE TECH Executive Committee, announced the program on December 19th.

“DIG SHIBUYA” will be co-hosted with Shibuya Ward. According to the release, in recent years Shibuya has attracted the attention of domestic and international technology companies and startups, so the aim is to allow visitors to experience art that incorporates the latest technology.

During the period, a traveling NFT stamp rally will be held mainly on Koen-dori. Participating artists include Nishikigoi NFT and My Crypto Heroes.

In addition, Los Angeles-based FriendsWithYou will be the main artist, and a mobile participatory art project will be held on Koen Dori. A video program called “Shibuya Crossing Night Art” will be shown on large screens at the Shibuya Scramble Crossing in the middle of the night.
