Building an in-game electronic market
Web3/blockchain game developer Mythical Games announced on the 27th that it has raised $37 million (¥5.3 billion) in Series C1. The company plans to raise an additional $20-30 million by the end of the year.

The round was led by Scytale Digital, with participation from ARK Invest, Andresseen Horowitz, Animoca Brands and MoonPay. In November 2021, it raised $150 million in a round C led by Andresseen Horowitz.
Mythical Games currently has three game titles released: NFL Rivals, Blankos Block Party, and Nitro Nation: World Tour. Among them, a “Play to Own” smartphone game called NFL Rivals was revealed to have reached 1 million downloads last week.
The company said it will use the new funding to build an in-game electronic marketplace for NFL Rivals.
