NEC collaborates with Hong Kong’s Animoka Brands and Gryfyn in 3 Web areas starting from entertainment | coindesk JAPAN | Coindesk Japan

NEC announced on March 30 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Hong Kong’s Animoca Brands and Gryfyn on March 28 with the aim of creating and expanding the digital wallet market in the Web3 area. Starting with entertainment such as games and content (IP), we aim to realize a trustworthy web3 society and create and expand markets.

Based in Hong Kong, Animoka Brands is committed to promoting digital property rights and contributing to the establishment of an open metaverse through digital entertainment, blockchain and gamification. Gryfyn offers a custodial crypto wallet that allows you to own and process digital assets and connect with brands.

In addition to providing software and technology, the three companies will collaborate on an accelerator program that will solicit business ideas in the three areas of the Web from startup companies and jointly consider commercialization.
